Regularly appearing in specials are fruits and vegetables from local fields and farms, fish from our hardworking friends on the coast, and mushrooms that Chef Kirk forages himself. And when it comes to specials, our offerings on Friday and Saturday evenings rival those of any fine dining restaurant in the state.
